A lot of time mine is caused by anxiety but I do get allergic asthma with an elephant on my chest for a few months twice a year.

It’s all about getting air in for me. I never had trouble getting air out and really don’t understand that phenomenon, getting air out..
Wheezing.... sometimes I'm like 'What's that sound?'.... it's me. Wheezing.
I define my asthma as weezing and coughing (lots) and a lot of breathlessness most asthma allergies and anxiety
