i keep getting awful ones , and im searching for a toothpaste i can use thats good but doesnt hurt so much ! any ideas ? and yes even this makes me anxious !

Could be low in iron that can cause mouth ulcers
i had this before and it was iron . toothpaste always hurts with mouth ulcers ! thanks for quick reply
