Changing symptoms with age

Hey guys my anxiety started with panic attacks now have a range of anxiety related symptoms after ten years dealing with it daily.. ,.coping with it better tho and no on meds accept cbd oil. How have your symptoms changed and have they got worse with age now 32

Hey Dorsey mine started off with panic attacks and palpation which I can manage somewhat now.. last yen years been getting new symptoms like breathing problems, brain fog and even depersonalization

Yes just awful i feel like I'm dying everyday. Tingling sensations feel odd when I'm walking around panic when i wake up. Can't sleep lie awake for hours wondering what the hell is wrong with me. Just can't do this much longer. Stay safe.

Yea isn't it crazy how we think everyday is our last.. every little thing becomes a huge problem.. I wish I could go back to not giving a f..k about things and just living.... Do you have much support around you ???

No lost my oldest son to cancer in February was a terrible time havent seen any of family since then due to this covid virus and I live 3 and a half hours away from them so not allowed to go there. Just been an awful year first we had the bushfires and now all this.
