Head shakes with heart beat

So i started having anxiety over a year ago and my anxiety i health anxiety i notice little stuff in my body and lately when i lay down or sitting still i feel like my head or back shakes with my heart beat and before that i would feel internal tremors and got dizzy spells also over 10 months ago i had done echo and ecgs and they were normal and ecg has been done around 2 months back and the doctor said it was normal and just anxiety. Do any of you feel your head shakes or back shakes with each beat while laying down also i'm think and underweight

Hey , This is quite common and I get them when I don’t quite sleep properly or wake up suddenly or just as I’m drifting off to sleep. ( that’s the shakes ).

And regards to your heart beat in the head that’s adrenaline and you’ve become aware of a “normal” sensation. When we are anxious with or without a course we produce more adrenaline which causes our heart to beat harder.
