anyone else get numbness in there left side of face for days on end as I have and it won't go away I keep getting pains near my jaw and neck it feels dead tight and headaches

Yes I do actually get this and for me it is either just before I am getting a migraine , or because I clench and grind my teeth a lot without even realising it most of the time as it has become a habit which a lot of anxiety sufferers tend to do , you can even be doing this in your sleep , this can also cause pain down the neck area to as you are clenching all the muscles which causes them to ache

Of course when you have anxiety the worse scenario comes straight in your head but it normally comes down to something very simple

If you are concerned then just check with your GP , this would give you peace of mind

Lovely to see some newbies on here.

It sounds very much like anxiety as I had similar symptoms when my meds stopped working and thought I was having a stroke.

Got checked by doctor and he said it was anxiety.

I would recommend you pay a visit to a GP if this is a new condition and you've had it for more than 4 days. I understand you're anxious thinking it may be this that or the other but your Doctor is the best person to put you at ease.
