I could seriously write a book when it comes to families , it would maybe put you in a state of shock if I did so I know how you feel
Remember the saying ?
You can choose your friends but you cant choose your family
So true but my advise is because you can't ignore them and focus on the people that bring joy to your life which sometimes friends can do just that more than family

Yeah I know that a lot of people suffer because of toxic families that’s why I shared my feelings here about it .

For some reason I struggle to share things like that , I think it is because I am to embarrassed to admit what goes of but you need to be able to share these things as it can be a relief and help you to cope ( should maybe take my own advise ) x

Oh trust me I could never share what ACTUALLY goes on lol ... it really is too embarrassing!
