When you have not been well like you have been it can be quite normal to feel a little down , at the start we can go on a high and then start to feel low again , I think everything we have been through while ill we forget it will take time for the body to heal and get back to full health it has been through a lot
Give yourself time and pace yourself a little more
I always say don't expect to much and then anything feels a bonus

I have a lot of issues with families too from my side and hubby... sometimes I think that stuff is always at the back of my mind which doesn’t help. I’m having trouble sleeping at the moment too x and I’m on heavy antibiotics which have a lot of side effects x so there’s a lot going on ... x but at least my own home with hubby and cat is a safe space and I’m happy here x positives x

Hope , you have answered yourself why you are feeling low and I know what family issues are like and the pressure they put on you , you sound like you have so much you are dealing with but I am so pleased that you can still see the positives of your own loving home as something to be grateful for
Again if you ever need to talk and we can help in anyway we would always do our best

It's good that you have your safe haven ~ your own little comfort zone ! Nothing like lack of sleep for bringing you down either ! At the minute with all of this hot weather I don't think I've had a decent nights sleep for ages.
Well must get a wriggle on and do a few jobs.
