Yes it does
There is a post just before you where someone is talking about having to take sleeping pills because of this and it is a very common problem with people with anxiety
The more we let our minds get anxious over it the worse it gets so it so it can become a vicious circle , if we can try and relax and accept it as " for now" this is what is happening eventually it will come good again
