weak heart

does anyone else feel like there heart is weak? like I get weak pulse and everything its so horrible been like this for 3days now

I see your anxiety is getting the better of you again and of course your worse fear that there is something a matter with your heart is where it is playing with you and that is what it is anxiety making the mind that is such a powerful complex thing believe something that is nothing is something

You really do need to get some support with your anxiety and I do urge you to talk with your Doctor about this because until you do I doubt your anxiety no matter how much reassurance you get will let go of feeding your fear as this is how it keeps control

its getting better the chest pains have nearly disappeared use to have them all the time rarely get them now.. pulse is getting better too

I get that feeling.......

Only problem is it is rarely a result of my anxiety (do not have anxiety attacks particularly- 2 in 4 years of GAD) but of my congenital heart defect. But I totally understand the horrible feeling.
