My throat feels

Swollen and feel like a chocking feeling in my throat feel breathless glans feel like there up doctors said I had a viral infection on friday but I'm so scared I'm gonna die

I really think dying from a viral infection is a very teeny weeny slim chance of that happening & I wont not put a bet on that you would or I could see me loosing money ( even though I am not a betting person anyway )

I know though I have had terrible indigestion for a week and thoughts run through my mind & I have to keep pushing them back out as same for you if we do not try to keep the anxiety at bay it will make whatever physically we are suffering from so much worse

When you have a viral infection it can sometimes take a good couple of weeks to clear up they can be nasty pesky little things & if it was only Friday you were told you had it then you have not given it chance yet

Drink plenty of fluids as well as trying to rest it will pass

I would see how I felt by say Thursday this week coming if you do feel as bad then you could let them have another look but hopefully by then you will be feeling a lot better x

I have the same and I don't have viral infection suffer anxiety and depression if it keeps up go bk to your doc take care of your health

It hasn't happened over the last couple of days but have got doctors in the morning so gonna speak to them about it
