Hi x I have put the Winter but tbh this is mainly as the things that triggered my anxiety came in the Winter. So I think it could be more Physiological more than the season maybe ? x Donver x

Hi, Carol, i just wanted to say that I agree that being let down by friends can be hard for anxiety, I have been myself many times, that's the beauty of these forums as we become so close to people but never feel let down as we can always remind ourselves we never really knew them n person so could not really judge the reason behind the letting down x Maybe you could do a post about it as the poll is more for season affective anxiety xx Donver

Mine is always unexpected and pretty hard to track to season. But my depression always comes around during winter. Summer helps me cope more, however.

Hi missbelle

I think so many of us cope better in the summer & depression can be something that affects us more in the Winter

My HA is worse in the summer. Hot bright days make me feel a bit depressed while nice cool cloudy dull days make me feel relaxed.

in reply to Bramwell

Hi Bramwell

As you know we both have this HA but mine seems better in the Summer

I think in the Winter I worry more because of colds & things going around because if I get one then it always turns into something else
