Hi. I’m HIV positive and has reach undetectable viral load on March this year (2020).

Just now i was playing outside with my 5 year old sister and she accidentally scratched my arm with her nails, and I noticed the scratch has caused an open wound.

Can she get HIV from this?

I’m really worried.

First are you undectable? If you are none no chance. Second if you aren’t and she didn’t get your blood on a an open wound ingest it the chances are beyond remote.

If you’re undetectable there’s no chance of her being infected. Even if you’re not.. your boss would have had to enter her blood stream somehow to become infected
