My name is Kainan. I’m 28. I’ve had mild spastic left hemiplegia all my life. It’s been a tough ride. I’ve had significant pain while walking for a long time, so I had a surgery done on my ankle 8 years ago. It’s been so much better since then. I do notice as I get older that the symptoms become more pronounced. I’m glad I’ve found a community like this.

Hello Kainan I am new also I am 60 years and have mild cerebral palsy. However for me it has got worse with age but I will never stop trying
