Is there adequate physiotherapy services in your area for adult's with CP?

Yes no I am unsure how to navigate the services available to me on the NHS I use a private physiotherapist because the services are inadequate The service provision for adults with cp is very goodMy GP has been supportive and referred me to an NHS Physio My GP does not know what to do and I feel unsupported with my cerebral palsyI have been told to self manage my CP but do not have NHS support to do this
