My ct scan showed a grossly fatty liver. Does this mean there's no other problem

Hi I am a woman aged 33, I have been getting upper right quadrant pain for a few years and kept getting fobbed off my lft's are abnormal. I have recently had a ct scan I was told it showed a grossly fatty liver and my gallbladder doesn't work properly and all that's happened is that I've been referred back to the gp. Would all other liver problems show up on a ct?i think it's bad there's no problem fixed no aftercare or explanation.
