‘Dead’ legs?

Hi I’m new here and have seen GP as I suspect I have Lipoedema having thought I just had weird fat legs since puberty. I run and am lean elsewhere but have always had a larger bottom half that, now at menopause, feels like it’s increasing again. Apart from the concerns around getting bigger, my main fear is actually the increasing episodes of numbness I’ve been experiencing in both legs. It happens a lot when I’m sitting but not just then. The GP wants to refer me to a neurologist and vascular surgeon. The only way I can describe ten feeling is like blood isn’t circulating and it’s the feeling you get just before line and needles.

Has anyone else experienced his at all?

Hi

Unfortunately I share the same feeling, it happens very often, I am not an expert but it’s good your GP will refer you to get a proper diagnosis
