LGBT Cancer Survivors in the USA—let your voices be heard!

We are conducting a survey among LGBT cancer survivors to find better ways to improve care in our community. Our survey will help us understand the habits, social support, stress, and overall needs of LGBT cancer survivors. The survey takes 20 minutes or less to complete.

If you would like to help out, you can click on the link below. The link will take you to a secure website to take the survey. No risks are expected; however, It is recommended that you complete the survey in a private setting and close the browser when completed. You may refuse any question you do not want to answer. No direct benefits are expected or your participation. We will not collect names or any other identifying information. Your participation in this survey is anonymous. Your answers will be kept completely private and reported only in aggregate form. Completion of the survey is voluntary. The National LGBT Cancer Project is working with the University of Miami on this research project.
