6th COVID jab side effects

Hello! I had my 6th vaccine 4 weeks ago. I was told it targeted 2 strains of COVID. I had that in one arm and flu jab in the other as directed by our health centre. I've had small side effects from some of the other vaccines but only lasted a few days at most. This time I am still really tired, constant low grade headache and dizziness. I am dizzy at the best of times but definitely worse.

Anyone else experienced anything? I'm grateful to have the vaccine just curious if anyone else was affected.

Thank you.

Hi Emm,

Interesting to note the issues you have had with your utter 6th vaccine. For me, I get mine on 24th November so I will look out for this. Mine has been delayed because I recently tested positive for Covid.

I’ve not heard of anyone yet who has symptoms other than those we expect which are usually temporary.

Hope you get better soon x

Had my jabs last Friday on Saturday had a fever and awful pain in my lower back by the evening the next day I felt a lot better although a little nauseous after that I was fine. No long lasting effects.

Hopefully you will be feeling better soon

Hi - thank you. glad you're ok. Perhaps just bad timing for me and I have a cold. Thank you!

I had my flu jab recently and was ill for a couple of days afterwards. Everyone I know who’s also had it said the same thing if that helps, so perhaps it was nothing to do with the covid jab x

Good point, Suzy11 . I also know people who had very bad reactions after this year's flu jab - some felt bad for quite a long time afterwards.

If the flu and Covid jabs are given at the same time, it's hard to know which one, or both, caused the problems.

Hi you must be really fed up with your side effects. I had my 6th vaccine a few days ago and I had a sore arm for a couple of days, but nothing else. I had the Moderna Spikevax Bivalent. Take care of yourself and perhaps if your symptoms continue it might be worth getting them checked out medically.

Thanks for everyone's help. I think it must be something else and just coincidence. I have my 6 monthly bloods in a few weeks time so will ask if they can check anything else at the same time e.g. B12, etc. Thank you everyone for coming back to me
