FREE on-line midfulness sessions - with the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre

Happy Easter everyone, I just came across this resource that you may find helpful to cope with the challenges of 'sheilding' and the pandemic.

You may be interested in a service offered by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. they are offering Free weekly online mindfulness sessions, open to those who feel they would benefit.

These sessions are completely free and open to the general public, meaning you do not need prior mindfulness experience or practice to take part. Each session will also be available as a free podcast shortly after for anyone who missed the live session or wishes to practice again.

Background

The Oxford Mindfulness Centre, within the Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford, has been at the forefront of mindfulness research and training since 2008.
