Hi, I have acml with W/b count in 60,000 range but occasionally goes down. My question is: can one develop solid tumors from acml, or are the tumors a separate issue? Hope someone can answer that Thanks Rumshiba

Hi Rumshiba, I cannot answer medical questions, but it sounds as if you are very concerned. What I do find is we often seem to have in common the fears, thoughts and feelings and we are all here to support you and the Leukaemia Care support line is free from UK landlines and mobile phones:

Email: support@leukaemiacare.org.uk

Freephone helpline: 08088 010 444

Opening times: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5.30pm & Thursday and Friday evenings 7:00pm - 10:00pm. Take care.
