Hi, it's very difficult to handle fatigue but drinking plenty of water, resting when the body says "stop" and exercise when it's possible I find are the best ways of dealing with it. I have polycythaemia vera and I have to give in totally to the fatigue prior to and just after a venesection.
Hope this helps, kind regards Aime xx😺😺
REST: sometimes because exhaustion made it impossible to continue - acute;
other times because it was it was chronic -as much as needed;
at all times because it is good for your body @ recovery.
Good resting. Mike
