neuroathy peripheral and maybe cmt diabetic on insulin type 2

I am 60 years old and have had total knee replacement done in both legs are fine. I am diabetic type 2 on insulin for 20 years I have been diagonised with peripheral neuropathy my feet burn,my ankles burn upto my calf in both legs my toes are all turning inwards like hammer toes and get cramps in my toes this is 24/7 otherwise my organs are healthy I want to walk and am trying to find a way to be able to walk with my grandchildren. Can you help me please and if you are coming to uk I would like to make an appointment to see you or if you cam guide me via email which ever I am fed up of this body pain in both my legs.
