Damn the torpedoes..' Part 8

Second weigh in.

I had to drop the swimming due to adverse reactions with the chemicals - chlorine I guess. Maddening itching all over my back and sides. Had it every time I get serious about swimming. So, I’ve decided to double down on the cycling. Minimum 11.5 miles up to (so far) 35 miles per day.
Bit of a confession to make.

Before I went public with this project on the 10th I’d actually started on the 5th, I was going to just get on with it without a song and dance, but one thing led to another (principally the diet challenge nobody was interested in) and here we are.
I’m a couple of days early this week, as I’m going away for the weekend and will be wickedness. Back on track tomorrow.

Mike you could try using a barrier cream on your skin if you want to keep swimming. Rinse well and moisturize when exiting . Should help protect your skin from itch xx
