Is it a treat if it harms your health?

The number of people who think it's necessary to eat junk so they don't feel deprived...

It's better to eat something satisfying that doesn't disrupt our metabolism. Focussing on lowering saturated fat is like taking our eyes off the ball. If you insist on drinking alcohol (fermented sugar), eating fructose or foods that spike your insulin, when you get narrowed arteries please don't blame it on your genes.
