Laparoscopy healing
Hi everyone, A question for the
laparoscopy
ladies; How long did it take you to heal? It's been 3 months since my surgery, and I fear my pain is worse than before. I've been prescribed diazepam for pain which I'm taking twice daily alongside, paracetamol and menfamic acid.

Post Laparoscopy
I had my operation 5 days ago. There isn't really any pain (& it's nothing compared to period pain!) but I still feel really tired & dizzy if I do too much. How long until you felt the dizziness go away in particular? I understand the tiredness part as my body is healing! Thank you x

laparoscopy undiagnosed
They referred me for a
laparoscopy
which showed everything was normal ? Can someone explain why they would say my ovary and uterus was stuck in my ultrasound but not in surgery?

Repeat hysteroscopy experience
To be honest, I wasn’t sure that I had a hysteroscopy as part of
laparoscopy
until I checked my hospital records so I’d told the clinic that I’d just had a
laparoscopy
.

Hi All, So after 5 rounds of IVF, yesterday I managed to get a cancellation for a
laparoscopy
and dye procedure. Findings - I have adhesions on my uterus, ovaries and liver?!

Endometriosis and adenomyosis
I went to several GP appointments and finally got a referral to a gynecologist and they did a
laparoscopy
. Also sent my tissues to biopsy and results came as one overian got fibrosis and the other one is suggestive endometriosis. During the
laparoscopy
they insert marina.

Naproxen before Laparoscopy
Hi, I have my
laparoscopy
booked in for Tuesday (9th) I had my pre-op back in October. When I had this I wasn't taking naproxen, but have been since December. I've not been told to stop any of my medication beforehand but am getting anxious as I've read you shouldn't be taking naproxen before.

First laparoscopy!!!!
Hiii, I’ve got my first
laparoscopy
on the 9th January and I’m really nervous!!! It’s to diagnose whether I have endometriosis or not. I have a few questions and hoping people can help me 😊 1. what should I bring to the hospital with me? 2. what should I have at home after?

symptoms persisting after laparoscopy.
I had a
laparoscopy
in November 2023, some endometriosis was burned away. Following recovery from the post-op pain etc, I felt that my symptoms had mainly resolved and was so glad.
