Following the success of the Kidney Cancer Patient Day programme in previous years, and Our Patient Day Survey, the Fund will be running patient days in London, Southampton and Stirling in autumn this year.

The aim of patient days is to provide patients and their families with much needed information about surgery for kidney cancer, current drug treatments, research into new treatments, management of side effects to drugs, the role of the clinical nurse specialist and dietary advice. There will also be the opportunity to meet other patients and share experiences, as well as to put questions directly to the experts in an interactive question and answer session.
Patients and family members are FREE to attend! Reasonable travel expenses for patients and their families will be paid for by the Fund.
