Love this! Recently, I've been trying to change my mindset and actions to go from "getting through" this crisis to THRIVING. This challenging situation has presented opportunities to try new hobbies, build new habits, and help people who need it the most.
I think it's also important to be kind to yourself. Right now, it's so easy to feel scared, guilty, and confused. But as long as you're trying your best to better yourself and your community, I think you're doing great!
I agree so much with you! I´ve also been fixing myself in daily routines to keep me awoken in the body and mental planes, and it´s exhausting but sure it works! I reach the bed at the end of the day with the sensation that I´m trying hard to keep it "normal" (even if I really don´t like that word a lot ). Actually, I´m discovering a facet in me that was so hidden before, it´s like self psychoanalisis So I understand how you´re feeling and I feel so happy for what and how you´re doing and thriving yourself that much!
