ITPSA UK Convention – Fatigue Symposium 2022

As part of our 2022 ITP Support Association Patient Convention, we held a Symposium on Fatigue in ITP. The Symposium was sponsored by UCB Pharma.

Fatigue is one main topics discussed at our patient meetings, this ranges from the level of extreme fatigue to brain fog. You will find a video on this channel which shows the findings from the ‘World Impact Survey (I-WISh 1.0) which highlights fatigue as a key symptom of ITP, 50% of patients highlighted this as against only 31% of physicians.

This video is the Q and A session which was broadcast live on Sunday 15th May 2022.

Thanks Mervyn. Fatigue is very much a problem for me. I will listen later with interest to see whether it’s the condition (ITP) or the medication to blame
