IVIG Infusions

I have been on Revolade for six months with no positive results. I have an IVIG every three weeks to boost my platelet count. Does anyone else have IVIG on a regular basis and how long can you keep doing this before having to have your spleen removed? Thank you

Hi I have been diagnosed with after vaccine ITP and was changed from romiplostim onto Revolade for about 3 weeks or so it didn't do me any help all so was put back onto romiplostim which hasn't caused any other mishaps but my platelet levels unfortunately are still extremely low
