Slightly elevated lymphocytes

Got my son's CBC today, routine 6 months check, picture enclosed. Platelets status quo as last time at 1.05 but slightly elevated lymphocytes at 45%. I feel this is OK as stress can trigger slight increase in lympho count, he has been under huge stress last 30 days being the 1st semester exams & hectivity activity cycle of MBA.

Wondering if there is something l am missing? Something more l need to check? Thanks for whatever comes to your mind.

Has anyone tested for Hpylori, which can reduce platelets count and eradication of it found to increase counts. Wondering if anyone has treated H.puloti and hot improvement in counts.

The above link from pubmed gives one study on the same.

I wouldn't worry about it.

WBC counts can fluctuate up and down.
