Hi I use insure and go I get an annual policy but they do specific trips as long as you tell them you have ITP they will cover you and it’s very cheap
I have a policy with Holidayrisk. That was the best deal for me.
I have a joint single trip insurance with Debenhams for Italy which cost £27, which covers ITP and high BP. Found it through the medical comparison site.
