I’m 51 years old women. I had neck and back surgery’s few years ago, also prediabetic. It ihas been very difficult to go back to my usual exercise regimen since then, lots of pain in my back on/off. So I decided to give iPrescribe a try. This will be my second week. I already lost a pound, and that is great. I’m still in pain but I know it will get better.

Hi Enid, Great to hear that you're giving iPrescribe Exercise a go. Exercise is great for spinal pain and diabetes / pre-diabetes. As you build up it will be fantastic to hear how you are getting on and any ups/downs you have. As always, we will be here to help and any feedback you give is appreciated (thanks a lot for the comments made so far).

On a separate note, with your pre-diabetes, do you find that there is a time of that works best for you to exercise? Also, is it better for you to exercise before or after meals or does it not really matter?

Good luck!

I’m happy that I lost another pound. I try to exercise whenever I have a chance, doesn’t matter if is before or after a meal. There are times that I am in lots of pain and don’t want to exercise but I still try to do some. I keep pushing myself. Thanks for your reply.
