After presenting iPrescribe Exercise at the Royal Society of Medicine on Monday, we are really excited that the App will be released very shortly on the iPhone. Remember, it is completely free and will be a great way to get active in a safe and effective manner. Using the data you put in, iPrescribe Exercise will give you an individual programme that best meets your needs and allows you to benefit from the extensive and diverse health improvements that physical activity offers.
