Hi everyone... I'm a newbie here. looking to shed pounds . I'm 5ft. /11.5 stones. My goal is to lose 3 stones! Tbh I've tried quite a few different slimming plans. But not been consistent. 😬.

Hi, thanks for the question and sorry for the delay, we are just getting set up on here! The research shows us that diet plays the major role in weight loss, that's not to take away the fact that exercise can help to maintain weight loss and reduce abdominal fat, and produces a huge amount of health benefits. Our iPrescribe Exercise app is due to be released mid July (check for details on our website), this will produce for you a customised aerobic exercise plan which will gradually increase over 12 weeks. The app has walking/cycling/running programmes and also home aerobics at different intensity levels. Hi, I have just joined and noticed your post. I have given myself the target of losing 3 stones as well (I'm currently 12 stone which is the heaviest I have ever been 😳). I was just wondering how you are getting on? I have started the exercise programme and have also decided to cut out sugar which is going to be really difficult with Christmas round the corner! I am also reducing my carbs and avoiding snacks, and am hoping my willpower holds out. There seems to be so many different diets/opinions out there, I am a bit bewildered but I thought I'd start with calorie reduction first and see how that goes, before trying something else. Did you make your target?
