His CD4 is 46 still using first stage medication through Govt ART center, waiting for call from ART center Hyderabad for 2nd stage medication. He is looking very healthy and fit but since one week he got fever and breathing problem. he we took all the medical tests he has no TB. suffering from dry cough and Breathing problem. please let me know which is best medication for him. his age is 42.
