Flu Symptoms
I have had the
flu
and I am struggling to recover from it. I am 2 weeks in now and I am still feeling weak, dizzy, getting bad headache and have a rasping cough. Does anyone struggle to recover when having a virus..? Thanks

Flu shot
I got the
flu
vaccine on Saturday. Since then, I've had a burning pain in my upper right leg. I think it's a side effect of the
flu
shot. Muscle pain is listed as a side effect. What do you think? Thanks!

I seem to be more ill since starting Levo
Before Levo I was hardly ever ill, rarely had a cold or
flu
but since starting Levo I’ve had the
flu
quite badly and I’ve had a constant cough since going on about 2 months. Now I’ve got a stinking cold over the holidays. Has anybody else had this or is this just a co-incidence?

Flu Jab and Heart Failure
Hi All, New on here, just wondering whether anyone has had the
flu
jab after being diagnosed with Heart Failure? I have an Ejection Fraction between 30%-35%. I had 1 stent in the LAD in July. Had angina as well. Is it advisable to have the
flu
jab?

Colds and flu…🧐🥹?
Many, many patients comment on this observation – that during cold and
flu
epidemics they seem to be the only family member not affected…?”
Professor Graham Hughes, [the London Lupus Centre] 2008
Just wondering about this observation but I personally have not had a cold or
flu
for ages.

Fever and
flu
like symptoms overnight, expected. But the pain in my arm, extending down to fingers, pain in shoulder, pain in neck, and chest pain not expected. Anyone else had this problem with their booster? Not sure if I should be worried?

high liver enzymes
I was struggling with a really bad
flu
at the time of these tests. Could the
flu
have affected my liver enzymes? I get blood test every three months for kidney and never had high enzymes before. If anyone know anything, please share. Thank you. I will see my primary doctor soon!

Timing of flu vaccine when on weekly Tocilizumab
It's also time to have my
flu
jab. In the past when on two-weekly and three-weekly injections it was easy to fit the
flu
vaccine in not too close to the injections. Now, the best I could do would be a 3 or 4 day gap. I'm not sure what is best or whether I should have the
flu
jab at all?

How soon after flu can I start exercising again?
Since then, over the last year, I've had a bout of (insert dreaded 'Cv' word) and two bouts of
flu
- the last bout just a week ago. Both bouts of
flu
appear to have caused me problems with my kidneys (my medical records indicate Stage 3 kidney disease, but never mentioned by my GP).
