I have a question and need your help. Me and my husband went throught a lot of scans, blood tests, mri and etc. We have consultations with a doctor who says things are bad, good or normal but for example we don't know my husband's semen analysis motility, morphology etc and we need to have all these documentation.
What should l do to have or see them, where in the hospital to go, or whom to contact? I hope I express myself
Thank you in advance

For any of our NHS (public system) records I contacted my GP who had access to everything linked to my NHS number. For our private clinic I had to fill in a form for the admin and they printed out my records.
Infertility treatments are unpredictable. Always. Noone can tell or guarantee you success from the first shot, or this very year/month etc. There are so many reasons which can influence the spin of the events. I'm hoping you're doing well since some time has already passed. We've never had such a problem. Our dr always kept us in the course of the events and commented well on the tests results. Besides this we could always email our nurse to get this information.
