13 year old boy, pain around/just above belly button, struggling to get any diagnosis or find anything that helps.
/b] (didn't seem to make any difference),
mebeverine
(only 3 doses, but 1-2 hours after, his pain seemed to increase, so stopped),
lanzaprozole
(we though this is what fixed it the first time as he was fine 5-6 days after starting, but 3 weeks on, has made no difference this time),

Otezla
I have had Behcets disease my whole life but they couldn't figure it out until I was 17. That's when I was officially diagnosed. I'm on Plaquenil which helps A LOT with ulcers. I also just started Colchicine for flares and Imuran daily. I've also been on Otezla since August of 2023. I guess my question

Imuran Side Effects
Taking Imuran for about 5 weeks, started been experiencing many of the initial symptoms I felt before diagnosis at about 2 weeks. At first thought treatment not working, but labs still heading towards normal range. Still titrating down on prednisone . Skipped Imuran a couple days and the nausea, fever

Ectopics - aggravating factors
Another aggravating factor seems to be adding
imigran
for migraine to the mix during the night. Has anyone had experience of any of this?

Help for 13 year old with constant migraines
Imigran
nasal spray at acute attack never worked. We are awaiting follow up at hospital. She is missing a lot of school. She's eliminated triggers but obviously cannot eliminate bright strip lights, noise, having to concentrate with a constant headache at school.

prednisone taper, what to expect
I originally started with this PMR as my diagnosis was presumed PMR. I have since been diagnosed with Sjorgens with a side of RA, not the erosive type RA. I basically have mild Sjorgens symptoms with shoulder pain and costochondroitis type pain. I’m 3 months into Plaquenil and am having some relief.

imuran
I have been on Imuran 50mg for over 3 years and will be on it another 2 for autoimmune hepatitis. I also have PBC and take ursodiol for that. Imuran has lowered my liver levels and has kept them stable for me. It suppresses your immune system but it’s manageable. My dr is hoping that after being on it

imuran /Azathioprine
i’ve been started on Imuran/Azathioprine, for arthritis. I will have to be monitored closely, with labs due to my PBC. I was wondering if anyone else had their liver enzymes(inflammation), Get better while on this medication? My hepatologist, and Rheumatologist . Both agree, that if monitored closely
