Ermap testing - any advice?
The clinic have recommended a number of tests including a biopsy for Ermap and
Imap
testing. Our understanding is that the biopsy will guide us to the 'window of implantation' - when the lining of my womb is most likely to allow an embryo to implant.

5x50 day 8 - back to the running, yay! :-) Aldi, nay! :-(
Imap
gave me a rather frustrating result of 4.8k done! If only I could work my phone while jogging along I could have carried on and done the 5k!

5x50 Day 6 - almost a week done already!
Got home and
Imap
said I was 2 minutes quicker than Tuesday, yay! Considering I have been on 12 hour night shifts, and did yesterdays exercise at 4am today so am feeling tired, I'm happy with that.

Another run done, at last!
Got home and was happy to see
Imap
showed me knocked 90 seconds off my best time so far for this route; and am now over 4 minutes faster than my Parkrun time, even though I must have spent a minute making sure
Imap
was working then getting the phone safely tucked away and strapped into my armband thingamy

Thanks everyone who ventured out into the snow then blogged...
Imap
told me I had run 5.1k, and as I didn't walk it was my quickest pace and minutes per mile, so was very happy! I think I will have to start timing now from the point I start running to get a more accurate picture, not that I am results obsessed!

Loving running!
Imap
showed 5k done in 43 minutes, even with the bit of walking and I am happy with that. Knees feel ok at the moment, I'll see how they go through tonights night shift! I had jacket spud cooked for my return, with fish and salad, yum; now shower and work again.

First Parkrun done!!!
This meant I didn't turn my
Imap
off so am waiting now for the official time to see how slow I was (very according to
Imap
!) but considering the mud and how slippy it was I am pleased to have finished, and will have a time to beat next time! Hope veryone else had a good run!

First time on a treadmill (for at least 10 years!)
Was interested to see Since I started
Imap
it lovingly told me last night I have completed 699 miles of cycling/running since I have been using it! Don't know when I will run indoors again - think I prefer the wind in my face and things to look at as I plod along! :-)

Who shrunk my park? Post grad run 4...
Brisk walk to home; look at
Imap
- only 2.76miles!!!! 4.44k!!! I was sure I would be over the 5k...definitely need to sit and plan my routes before I run again.

Non stop run and Parkrun thoughts...
I kept a steady (slow) pace (
Imap
says 4,17mph, which is 6.7kph, but that includes the 5 minutes warm up walk).
