Advice needed please

Hi to anyone reading. I’m trying to finds some answers online but struggling. In a routine eye test in June 17 the optician picked up that I have very narrow angles in both eyes along with high pressures. I was referred to have a YAG iridotomy in both eyes which was done and my follow up everything seemed ok. I had another routine eye test yesterday and my pressures are up again. I’m seeing the eye specialist in a couple of weeks but wondered what will happen next? More iridotomies?

Has anyone else had iridotomies and high pressures so long after the procedure?

I had high inter ocular pressure and was given eye drops to reduce it which worked. This was when I was on between 15 and 20 mg of Prednisone. I am now on just 3mg of Prednisone. My Opthomologist stopped the eye drops 2 months ago to see what would happen. My eye pressure raised again very slightly so I have agreed to give it another six months before measuring again. I think the higher the dose of Prednisone the higher likelihood of developing the high pressure
