Been type 2 for many years and reasonably well controlled. For the past 6 weeks I have had continuous diarrhoea yellow green back to yellow nausea etc not able to eat or drink much alltest coming back negative. Awaiting scan. I have constantly asked about my diabetes and been told not to worry. However i have been getting weaker and weaker i cannot concentrate have tingling feet and hands and for a few days thought I had UTI usual symptoms plus bad smell. Took water sple to nurse this pm and she said glucose was so high was off the chart! This really worries me I have not been passing hardly any water for days now and feel so unwell. She is sending the sample to the hospital in the morning. Ihave continued to take all medications during these last 6 weeks. Anyway phoned 111 for some advice and was told they wrre contacting my GP and he would call in 2 hours- nothing I do not want to call 111 back as they are so busy and hospital is not taking walk ins ambulance only where do I go from here?
