Have you been using your legs much? I had similar with my shoulder I also had sepsis in february and found training my shoulder has helped. You could also try seeing a physiotherapist for ideas on how to make it better.

It sounds like nerve pain. I had it and found that getting fitted for shoe insoles and also rubbing vicks nasal rub on my foot helped ( menthol in it ). The vicks took away my pins and needles within a day or two, worth a try.

Hi lily.

I suffered the same problems 5 years ago still get tired legs and pins and needles in my feet. My consultant said it may be! (Yes maybe) nerve damage and left it at that. I have learnt to live with it and it dose get a bit better

It’s critical care neuropathy it sounds like; I had the same and it’s taking time to recover. Try and exercise and keep the joints moving. It’s a lack of oxygen and blood flow to the nerves. Foundation neuropathy site is good for recovery tips.

I had the same thing from the flu back in January 2019 and I still do not feel like myself. I lost hair, muscle strength and I too get muscle cramps fatigue and now PTSD it has been life changing in so many ways. Now that the flu season is here I am afraid to get the flu shot cause I have reactions to it. was told in the past I may not be able to take it then this happened . My life is super different no matter how much I try. I am not the same at all.
