Looking a second coronary bypass surgery

Nuclear stress test results revealed that the arterial grafts I had implanted in my first coronary artery bypass surgery are failing and the odds are that I will need to undergo open heart surgery again. Having had my cognitive capabilities sliced to ribbons by ICU delirium both before and after my first surgery in 2007 when I was 54, I am giving serious thought to forgoing the 2nd surgery and letting the chips fall as they may. My last 11 years have been by far my worst and I see no reason why things just won't get worse.
