Post coma problems

I was unlucky enough to contract psittacosis in November last year. It was undiagnosed for some time resulting in a serious case of pneumonia. After being rushed to a & e I went down hill rapidly & was put into an induced coma as my lungs were failing. I spent 12 days in the coma, 18 days in total on icy. I was allowed home just before xmas.... I'm still struggling with what happened, flashbacks, nightmares etc.... And now I have nerve damage in my left hand from the A line. It is extremely painful and quite debilitating..... Nobody seems to know if it will ever get better or why it happened 😢 Has anyone else ever had this problem and if so does it ever go away?? The pain is really getting me down now.....
