Lung infection

My father is 82 nd was afitted in hospital fir 15 days there they diagnosed him lung infection fluid in lungs kidney keratine 4.65 and heart working 30%they did tapping twice n now he is not able to eat anything he feels like to vomit he is on antibiotic I do think know who to do as I lot all hopes plus suggezt
