1st failed round
hey there, wondering if anyone has had success with
ICSI
? We had 13 good quality eggs but none fertilised so think we need
ICSI
. Hoping there are some success stories with people like us?

Male infertility - non obstructive azoospermia
Hello, is there anyone here that has conceived with undergoing micro TESE surgery and
ICSI
or naturally with non obstructive azoospermia? Can micro TESE surgery be repeated for another round of
ICSI
? Is there any supplements or cure that can help with that?

Success stories with embryo donation
We already have a beautiful daughter who is shortly turning 3 from our second
ICSI
cycle. We have had three miscarriages and completed 6
ICSI
cycles. I am also 43 in September so time is not on our side. We would love a sibling for our daughter.

Success stories - what made all the difference?
I’m currently in the middle of my 2nd fresh
ICSI
cycle (pre-egg collection) and in need of some positivity and inspiration. I’m hoping this will also help others feeling a bit defeated too. If you have had success with IVF/
ICSI
, please could you share any tips?

late fertilisation of mature egg
I was told by our embryologist that only 3 of the 6 mature eggs collected were fertilised by
ICSI
on Sunday however today they’ve advised there are currently 4 embryos as one fertilised later?

3d icsi failed
Third blastocyst frozen 5AA, I am afraid that it is not worth thawing it and paying 1400 euros for a transfer plus drugs without even having analysed it, at the same time I don't know if I would be able to do another

and if this makes sense...

Any success stories – ICSI with Endometriosis?
Just wondering if anyone has any success stories after having an
ICSI
cycle, particularly when suffering with severe endometriosis. I am stage 4 (kissing ovaries, 5cm cyst and small fibroid) and about to start my first fresh
ICSI
cycle. Husband has lower mobility and morphology.

High level of Antibodies in sperm 96%
I understand
ICSI
can handle antibodies but with such a huge percentage, I am worried it is impacting the overall quality. We had one unsuccessful
ICSI
cycle where embryos started to deteriorate after day 4. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

positive round of icsi
so after testing positive since 4dp5dt, called my fertility team and they have me booked in for a 7 week scan the first week of March. So would be roughly 5wks5days pregnant at the minute but can’t help but notice the absence of any signs/symptoms of pregnancy. Other than sensitive boobs which could

2nd ICSI cycle failed
It was my second
ICSI
cycle, first one being in October last year.I am 44, low AMH but had good response to medicines. Took all the right supplements, acupuncture session before the collection but such a bad failure. I just can’t stop thinking about it and crying since morning.

IVF or ICSI?
Hi, one query that if male’s sperm has no problem/perfect, and I naturally fall pregnant before(but ectopic unfortunately), so choose IVF or
ICSI
? The price of the 2 are the same in my clinic, so it’s my decision to choose, which is better? and also wondering why my clinic charge same price?

IVF vs ICSI
I feel quite strongly that I want to do
ICSI
based on my own research, and I raised this with the dr who said he would speak to the embryologist. Has anyone been in a similar boat with the NHS? Have you had your opinion heard? Thanks.

IVF in Spain for male factor
Hi All,I've decided to go to Spain for
ICSI
IVF mainly because we want to try fresh surgically retrieved sperm (through sync egg retrieval and TESA/PESA) and our local clinic doesn't offer this option, only freezing sperm in advance.

Immature eggs at egg collection
This round we changed to
ICSI
and we got 11 eggs but only 4 were mature. Will find out tomorrow how many fertilised with
ICSI
. I’ve cried so much since they told me that 7 were immature as I feel like I am putting myself through so much with no end in sight.

Unsuccessful 1st Cycle - no blastocyst - what's next?
Hi all, my husband and I went through our first
ICSI
cycle in November in London and unfortunately the results were not great, from 5 eggs retrieved, we had only 3 embryos on day 3 and no blastocyst on day 5.

ovulation pain post ICSI treatment
Hello, I had a failed
ICSI
cycle at the end of January. I have been using ovulation tests and found out that I ovulated on the weekend. However, I had really horrible pain on one side that lasted for a day, back ache and felt incredibly hot. I’ve never had this around ovulation before.
