Time off Ibrutinib
I stop my
ibrutinib
before my covid vaccine with permission from my doctor. But no one can ever tell me how long after I get vaccine I should be off of
ibrutinib
for the vaccine to take hold. I've done this everytime and I get an excellent response (antibody test).

Stopping Ibrutinib
I have been asked to join STATIC trial, or rahter stop taking
Ibrutinib
and see what happens. I am searching to see how others have coped when they stopped
Ibrutinib
. How soon the CLL can come back? I would welcome the stopage as my muscles ache, I am stiff and getting depression?

Follow up to static dilemma
As this is
ibrutinib
for me the best way ahead is the static trial. He explained that as I have been in clinical remission for a number of years I will be randomised to one of the two arms, continuing
ibrutinib
or pausing
ibrutinib
.

Doing well on 140mg ibrutinib capsule for past 9 mos
Basically I'm doing about the same on the 140 mg
Ibrutinib
as I was on the 280mg
Ibrutinib
. I continue to have bouts of fatigue periodically and some moderate skin bruising continues. I also continue with my eliquis Rx for AFib and Rosuvastatinv rx.

Combined Medication
I am currently on one tablet of
ibrutinib
per day for 3 months. My 3 month ends on 27th of December. I then combine
ibrutinib
with Venetoclax for the remaining 15 months. Has anyone out there been on the same combination of tablets and could share their experience with me

CLL Treatment
I have been on
ibrutinib
since. Now 76 years old. I cross-country ski, golf, paddle board and generally feel pretty darn well. My doctor tells me "you're awfully healthy except for that blood thing ". So hang in there. Fly fisher 70
