full Hysterectomy and ADHD

Hello all. I was looking for help. I had full hysterectomy end of February. Removed all parts due to prior breast cancer. Now I am having a hard time adjusting my ADHD medication. I was taking Ritalin now it doesn’t seem to work. Anyone else have this and can give me some advice. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 9
