Endo pain increasing again.

I'm 7 months post hyserectomy. Lost cervix and tubes but kept both ovaries. Daily pain from day one post op has been mild to moderate in what feels like rectum/bowel, pelvic, ovary and muscle pain. I understand I have lost alot of pelvic strength as to be expected. However due to having iavries I get the usual monthly pains. I still have trouble travelling for longer than 2 hours. I get hot and swollen. Hurts to empty bladder, bowel hurts when I may be due for a bowel movement. Havnt gone back to doctor since been signed off as "cured". I am concerned as the decision was made very fast (lucky I know) but I did not have much time to do any real research on endo. I was convinced once my uterus was gone and the endo removed i wouldn't have it return ever. I dont knwo what to think. Is it just my body not healing well, or nerve damage, or is it endo again. Thanks in advance ladies for any advice you could Give me
