One year on......

Hi. I had a hysterectomy, with mesh implants, almost exactly one year ago. Recovered easily and well, and resumed normal activity, which I have to say is hectic. In the last 10 days, though, I've developed a weird feeling in my lower belly as though something has moved. I'm not in pain, no bleeding, wee or poo problems, but when I stand up, it feels as though something drops. I've made a dr appointment but can't get one until next week, so asking in the meantime if anyone else has had anything similar. Feels a little like John Hurt in the Alien........
